So far, so good

Okay.  Is the first day the hardest?  I don’t think so.  I’ve had so many “first days” over the past few years as I’ve tried to stop overeating.



I’m using the Livestrong app on my iPhone to track food … but I’m not really counting calories.  Instead, I am avoiding sugar and refined foods.  It helped to start my day with steel cut oats that I’d put in the Crock-Pot overnight.



Anyway, I just wanted to check in and be accountable.
