Hey, I meant to write here every day. What happened? Where’d the time go?
The main thing, though, is that I’m still avoiding cookies and all other manner of processed foods. And I lost 6 pounds.
Of couse, when you are really fat, the first week you easily lose weight and everyone says it’s “water weight” but who really cares? A loss is a loss.
Tomorrow, I have some coupons to give away, so come back.
But for now, I have to get some sleep.
